O-RINGEN 2011: KARTSAM - VERY POOR PRINTING QUALIT (24-07-2011)

Day 1 O-ringen 2011: the course is printed ~1 cm wrong, see the alignment crosses.
The printing is done by KARTSAM. According to O-ringen staff, they had quite a few maps like this.
What about quality assurance (QA) at KARTSAM, this type of error must be possible to detect automatically. Do they check at all?
The O-ringen QA could be better, they did find several bad maps, which should be a warning signal.
