EFOL European Foresters’ Orienteering Championships M55 (18/08/2016)

S-8: good
after 20 min running concentration drops (this usually appens after 30 minutes..) and I start doing stupid small mistakes:
9: 20 sec
11: 40 sec
Heads -up and manages to finish fairly clean (16-17 not so clean but an easy control).
