This time slower on 5th (tip-toing down forgot ancle protec), 6th, 7th and 10th (stuck in the green, bad route choice).
GPS: 48 min, 6.9km + 200m
Still 6 minutes after Sixten Sild (see reults) , I hope to run it under 45 so I'll try again next year
