Moulin-training : a group of runners start simultaneously from the triangle. Each runner is allocated one control each and will put out a stripe on this, then run to the remaining controls (and try to catch up next runner..) finally collects the stripe and return to the start.
Ideally number of controls=number of runners. Variation: faster runners are allocated 2 controls
