Lipica Open Day2 M50 (11/03/2012)

Great map and terrain (except thorns in NW part), orienteeing to the last control.
Very tired legs after four days running, so the plan was to minimize errors.
I didn't miss any of the 16 controls, but the performance and on the interesting long leg 10-11 wasn't very good. Bad direction out from 10 , the plan was to go under the red line to the path, but ended up to going to far north, hesitation, : 1.5 min.
Then got stuck in thorns and rocks just before the dirt road another minute. 4th place total.
As usual : long legs are my weakness, always loosing concentration.
