S-1: better to triangle-left - I had to climb two extra curves +30sec
2-3: should have followed the stream to the trail, instead running without map contact and did a parallell error +1m30sec
3: climb to 3 calf muscle is hurting (gubbvad) very unfocused, had to slow down
the remaining of the course is ok:ish but not more
gubbvad is hurting, probably no running tomorrow
