no doubt, I do not master this type of orienteering. Yes, big problems with foggy glasses but that was no surprise (should have a used a magnifier), so some homework todo.
The big mistakes:
4: bad bad, had return to 3 and restart:(( 5+ min
11: climbing far to high, messing around in the green ... 6 min
After the passage of the wet green before 11 I ran without glasses, rough estimations. A magnifier would have been good to have
17: 1 min didn't look at the compass (and certainly not read the map)
