Sommar-3-kvällars E1 H50 (15-07-2013)

Highspeed orienteering in open forest, the challange is to to run just under max and to avoid mistakes. Was ok until the 9th control and 30 min running. After 30 minutes I must remeber to slow down a bit or I 'll do stupid mistakes like these.
1-3: OK
4: hesitation 30 sec
6: passed it but didn't spot it: 25sec
6-7: the most interesting leg: fastest split-time and 2nd place, nice
9: difficult to read 8-9 with control 3, plus running at 98% heart rate.. 2min
13: over speed mistake 1 min
14: over speed mistake 30sec
Avg HR: 93 % of Max
Max HR: 98 % of Max

Bit odd course setting 2-3&8-9 the course would have been better without control 3 (2-4 direct)
