A steady run, only one split win but no bad legs.
Time loss on 4-5: 15 sec,
then chicken run (knee...) on the rocky trail 8-9-10 : 20 sec .
Left the trail towards 10 too early, got stuck in area with poor runability deviated and hesitated: 20 sec
