O-ringen E1 Rejected protest - motivation (2011-07-24)

5 runners started with bad maps, 2 runners ran the whole course with the bad maps, 3 runners returned after 1 or 2 controls and got new maps.
In my view 5 runners is enough to invalidate the class.
