technical & physical demanding terrain, excellent course setting, a good map plus sunshine and 25 C == a Very Nice Competition.
The meniscus is reasonably ok, so maybe I can run a little next time.
Even if I was walking nearly all, I did quite a few mistakes, 1 min on the first control, then 3 min on 3rd. The 'long' leg 3-4 is probably much faster to the right, at least running
