Multitech training after middle distance champs (21.10.2012)

Everyone had the possibility to run a multi tech training after the middle champs.
The multi- tech course had these elements:
1. warm-up / normal
2. corridor
3. control picking
4. window / island
5. contour/ brown
6. vegetation map (yellow & green only)
7. keep it simple (simplification)
8. no paths

Difficult but necessary to stay focused after a very intensive 25-control-MD-race.
3: wrong clearing 50 sec
4: the tree 100m before control 4 was my attack point, but didn't stay in the corridor. Stopped 10m from the control but didn't see it, and didn't know where I was :-( darn, went back to the tree and got it.
5-14 OK (except for 11 the control code didn't match and I spent 2 min making sure I was in fact right)
15: wrong control 50m NE
23: stopped too early 2min
28 stopped too early argh
